Abstract
Many factors that influence the increase in employee working productivity include: working motivation, working stress, working environment, and organizational culture. Productivity is related to the efficient use of inputs to produce goods or services as a concept of fulfilling human needs. Many people think that the greater the production, the greater the productivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze these productivity factors on employee work productivity. This study is an analytic observational study with a questionnaire approach, independent variables and dependent variables are observed only once at the same time. The sample uses saturated total sampling or sampling technique that is all the number of samples used as a research sample of 45 respondents of CV employees. APG. Data analysis used multiple linear regression test with F test technique, t test, and determination coefficient to test the proposed hypothesis. The results showed those: 1) Motivation of works had a positive and significant effect on employee working productivity with sig. 0.008 (p <0.05). 2) Working stress has a negative and significant effect on employee working productivity with sig. 0.042 (p <0.05). 3) Working environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with sig. 0.011 (p <0.05). 4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee working productivity with sig. 0.028 (p <0.05). 5) Simultaneously working motivation, working stress, working environment, and organizational culture have a significant influence on the productivity of sig employees 0,000 (p <0,05). 6) The coefficient of determination (R2) is 49.2% which shows that employee working productivity can be explained by a model of working motivation, working stress, working environment, and organizational culture by 49.2%.
