Abstract
This study aims to determine: 1. Differences in seating rotation from the formation of the letter U and the circle on the results of science learning for third grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta in 2018/2019. 2. Better seating rotation between seat rotation U letter and circle formation on the results of science learning for third grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta in 2018/2019. This research is included in the quantitative method with Quasi Experimental Design and cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques use tests and documentation. Test instrument prerequisite analysis using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques using normality test, homogeneity test and two-sided t test. The results and conclusions of the study show that: 1. There is a difference in the seating rotation from the U formation and the circle to the results of science learning of third grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta based on t test with a significance value of 0.05 obtained t count 3,480> t table 1,998. 2. The seating rotation of the formation U is better than the circle of science learning outcomes of third grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta based on the average value of seating rotation from the U letter formation> circle formation 88.34> 83, 06.
