Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance Pati District Court Office. This type of research is quantitative research that uses the technique of data retrieval research through questionnaires. This study uses 50 respondents from employees of Pati District Court with the criteria has been working for at least 11-20 years. Sampling technique with probability sampling method. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear analysis test with t test indicated that organizational leadership variable and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, through the F test showed that the independent variables together significantly affect the performance of employees. The final test with the determination test shows the result of R2 value of 0,500. This means that organizational leadership variables and organizational commitment contribute to employee performance of 0.50% and the remainder are explained in other variables outside the model.
