Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance in the Inspektorat office of Jepara, to test and analyze organizational commitment to employees in Inspektorat office of Jepara, to test and analyze the quality of work life on employee performance in Inspektorat office of Jepara district. This study uses primary data. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling technique uses the total sampling or overall sampling of the population. The result of this research is tranformational leadership have an effect on employee performance InspektoratJepara, organizational commitment have influence to employee performance InspektoratJepara, and quality of work life does not have an effect to employee performance InspektoratJepara
