Abstract
This study analyzes the effect of service quality, price, and customer satisfaction, on customer service transportation customer loyalty on Po. Rosalia Indah Solo-Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of transportation transportation service at Po. Rosalia Indah Solo-Jakarta. This study uses passenger samples Po. Rosalia Indah Solo-Jakarta. Is 100 Respondents. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using service quality, price, and customer satisfaction variables to customer loyalty. The results of this study indicate that the quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, the price has a significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty.
