Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) to description effect of job satisfaction on teacher teaching obedience in vocational high school Batik 2 Surakarta, 2) to description effect home distance on teacher teaching obedience in vocational high school Batik 2 Surakarta, 3) to description effect of job satisfaction and home distance on teacher teaching obedience in vocational high school Batik 2 Surakarta. This reseacrh applied quantitative cencus design. The study population was teacher at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta numbering 40 teacher taken by total sampling technique. Data collection technique is questionnaire or documentation. Analysis techniques used test requirements analysis, regression analysis, t-test, F, and coefisient of determinitaion (R^2). The result of the test show that: 1) there is influence job satisfaction to teacher teaching obedience vocational high school Batik 2 Surakarta the indication carrelation value of 0,909 and p-value 0,000, (2) there is influence home distance to teacher teaching obedience vocational high school Batik 2 Surakarta it can be seen t_hitung= 3,624 greather than t_tabel= 2,026, (3) there is influence job satisfaction and home distance to teacher teaching obedience vocational high school Batik 2 Surakarta the indication from F test F_hitung= 3,624 > F_(tabel )= 3,25, and R^2 41,5% indicating that the job satisfaction 37,3% and home distance 4,2% to teacher teaching obedience and the reaminder of which 58,5 % are influenced by other variabels.
