Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The influence of learning media on the effectiveness of learning; 2) Effect of home assignments on learning effectiveness; 3) Effect of learning media and home assignments on learning effectiveness. This research includes associative quantitative research. The population of this study was the eleventh grade students in Muhammadiyah Kartasura Vocational School in the 2017/2018 school year which housed 150 students consisting of 6 classes. Samples were taken from 105 students with proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques use documentation and questionnaire techniques. The previous questionnaire was tested and tested for validity and reliability testing. Based on the validity test, it is known that all statement items from the use of learning media, giving home assignments and valid learning effectiveness. This is evidenced because the value of rcount> r table of significance> 0.05 and all items using the learning media variable, giving homework assignments and learning effectiveness are stated reliable because it has rcount> r table with r table 0.444. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, relative contribution and effective contribution. The results of multiple linear analysis obtained the regression line equation Y = 8.603 + 0.420 X1 + 0.484 X2, this proves that the use of instructional media and homework assignments has an effect on the effectiveness of learning and based on the results of tests of normality and linearity of each variable using media learning, assignment home and learning effectiveness are declared normal and linear Based on multiple linear regression analysis it can be concluded that: 1) The use of learning media has a significant effect on the effectiveness of entrepreneurial learning in class XI students in Muhammadiyah Kartasura Vocational School 2017/2018 academic year based on t test obtained t count> t table is 5.328> 1983 at a 5% significance level with donations relative 52.1% and effective contribution 42.5% 2) Giving homework influences the significance of the effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning class XI in Muhammadiyah Kartasura Vocational School 2017/2018 school year based on t test obtained by tcount> t table is 4.918> 1.983 at the 5% significance level with a relative contribution of 47.9% and effective contribution of 39.1% 3) The use of instructional media and the provision of homework together have a significant effect on the effectiveness of entrepreneurial learning in class XI in Muhammadiyah Kartasura Vocational School 2017/2018 academic year. Based on the F test, it is known that Fcount> Ftable is 226.022> 3.085 at a significance level of 5%. 4) From the calculation results, the R2 value shows that 81.6% changes / variations of variable Y (Effectiveness 3 of Learning) due to changes in variable X ( Use of Learning Media and Home Duty Assignment) while 18, 4% is due to the rest of other variables.
