Abstract

A life full of happiness is the dream of people in the world, not to mention someone who works as an SLB teacher. The purpose of this research is to understand and describe subjective well-being conditions in SLB B-C teachers in Klaten. This research uses descriptive qualitative. The informants research is 5 people. Data collection using interviews and observation. The result of the research shows that the subjective well-being condition of the SLB B-C teachers in Cawas Klaten is high. In the aspect of self-acceptance, SLB teachers can understand themselves both the advantages and disadvantages possessed. In the aspect of positive relationships with others, SLB teachers have good relationships with school people, not discriminating between religion and other teachers' status. In the autonomy aspect, SLB teachers can make the right decision for themselves survive to be a SLB teacher without the pressure and influence of others. In the aspect of environmental mastery, SLB teachers feel comfortable in their environment because they get along well and help each other with their neighbors and even actively participate in activities in the environment such as recitation, and village community service. In the aspect of purpose in life, SLB teachers have the goal of life to be achieved that is raising children into successful people and useful for the community, worship, and serve the students and families. In the personal growth aspect the SLB teachers can evaluate themselves by knowing how well they are for their students.
