Abstract
The analysis of this research is about the effect of satisfaction and business to business trust on business performance. Study conducted at Retailers in Soloraya. Samples taken in the study were 245 retailers in Soloraya. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test. Based on the results of the analysis found, it can be explained that business to business satisfaction and trust have a positive and significant influence on business performance. In the model that is formed business to business satisfaction and trust variables are able to explain business performance variables by 28.9% and the remaining 71.1% are still influenced by other variables.
