Abstract

The purpose of this study is as follows To analyze the significance of the influence of leadership style on employee performance in Telkomsel Distribution Center (TDC) Karanganyar. To analyze the significance of the influence of work motivation on employee performance in Telkomsel Distribution Center (TDC) Karanganyar. Population in this research is all employees at Telkomsel Distribution Center (TDC) Karanganyar counted 36 people. Data collection method in this research is using questionnaire. Data analysis using regression. Based on t test show that the result value from titung leadership style variable equal to 2,664, work motivation variable equal to 2,619, this means that tcount> ttable then Ho rejected so that there is significant influence of leadership style and Work Motivation to Performance of individual employee. Based on the F test shows the Fcount value of 7.040, that number means Fcount is greater than Ftable so its decision rejects Ho. Thus simultaneously variable leadership style and Work Motivation significantly affect employee performance satisfaction. This shows that the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance.
