Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the effect of work stress, workload, and individual characteristics of nurses on nursing performance. The sample in this study were nurses of Karanganyar District Hospital, totaling 136 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is by non probability sampling. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability and multiple linear regression analysis test with t test, F test, and determination coefficient (R2). From the hypothesis test, it was found that work stress, age, education, marital status had an influence on the nurse's performance, for workload, position position, work period had no influence on the nurse's performance.
