Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and teamwork implementation culture and teamwork implementation onemployee performance at PT. Pohon Mas Sejahtera. This type of research is quantative research that uses the technique of data retrieval research througt questionnaires. This study used 78 respondents from employee of PT. Pohon Mas Sejahtera with criteria has worked at least 1 year. Technique of samplig with purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis test with t test indicate that the variable of organizational culture and teamwork have a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, through the F test indicated that the independent variable together have a significant effect on employee performance. The last test with determination test shows the result value of of 0,737. This means that the organizational culture and teamwork variables have contributed to the employee’s performance of 73,70% and the rest explained other variables outside the model.
