Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of training education, leadership, work environment, work motivation, and effectiveness of accounting information system on employee performance at the office of regional financial management agency in Klaten Regency with purposive sampling method. Statistical analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis by using multiple linear regression model. This research uses quantitative method. Quantitative research is a study that emphasizes the testing of theories through the measurement of research variables. The collected data is then analyzed by data analysis method which is done by tabulation of data then tested the classical assumption before executing hypothesis testing as final testing. The result of the research shows that training education and work motivation have an effect on employee performance. While the leadership, work environment, and effectiveness of accounting information systems have no effect on employee performance.
