Abstract

Education in Indonesia today has made significant progress, but the progress of education in Indonesia can not be separated from some deficiencies that need to be improved that is the result of learning mathematics. There are several factors that influence the learning outcomes of mathematics. Some of them are sourced from students that is discipline learning, sourced from the tool that is learning facility, and sourced from outside that is learning environment. (2) test the contribution of learning facilities to mathematics learning outcomes, (3) test the contribution of student learning environment to mathematics learning outcomes, (4) test the contribution of discipline, facilities, and the learning environment together towards the results of mathematics learning. This type of research is based on quantitative approach. The research population is 251 students of class VII of SMP Negeri 5 Surakarta. The sample of 154 students studied is determined by Slovin formula. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. Result of the research, (1) Student learning discipline contribute positively and significantly to mathematics learning result with (α = 5%) equal to 18,64%. (2) Student learning facilities also contribute positively and significantly to mathematics learning result with (α = 5%) equal to 15,74%. (3) student learning environment contribute positively and significantly to mathematics learning result with (α = 5%) equal to 9,53%. (4) Discipline, facilities, and learning environment together contribute positively and significantly to mathematics learning outcomes with (α = 5%) of 43,91%.
