Abstract

Analysis of this research about analyzing motivation, leadership, organizational culture To employee performance. Studies conducted on the Department of Cooperatives and Labor Kab. Boyolali. Samples taken in the study as many as 50 employees working at the Department of Cooperatives and Labor Kab. Boyolali. Analytical methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, istrumen test and classical assumption test. Based on the results of the analysis found it can be explained that both partially and simultaneously motivation, leadership, and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. In the model formed variable of motivation, leadership, and organizational culture able to explain employee performance variable equal to 49,5% and the rest 50,5% still influenced by other variable.
