Abstract

Purpose of this study are: 1) To determine the influence of internet media on learning motivation 2) To determine the influence of student visiting the library to the motivation to learn 3) To determine the influence of internet media and student visiting the library against student learning motivation Accounting Education FKIP UMS force 2015/2016. This research includes the type of quantitative descriptive research with the conclusion through statistical methods. Population in this research is all student of Accounting Education force year 2015/2016, sample taken as many as 71 university students with sampling accidental. Required data obtained through questionnaire and documentation. Questionnaire previously tested and tested validity and tested reliability. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and relative and effective contribution. Regression analysis results obtained by regression line equation: Y = 8,811 + 0,501 X1 + 0,370 XEquation2.shows that motivation of learning is influenced by internet media and student visit of library. The conclusions are: 1) The Internet media on learning motivation is acceptable. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) known that tcount>ttable, 4,896> 2,000 and significance value <0,05, that is 0.000 with relative contribution equal to 64% and effective contribution 38,6%. 2) Student visit to library of learning motivation acceptable. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) known that tcount>ttable, that is 3.033> 2,000 and significance value <0,05, that is 0,003 with relative contribution equal to 36% and effective contribution 21,7%. 3) Internet media and student visits the library towards learning motivation is acceptable. This is based on analysis of double linear regression variance (F test) known that Fcount>Ftable, that is 51,691> 3,150 and significance value <0,05, that is 0.000.4)The coefficient of determination (R2)of 0,603 show that the influence of Internet media and students visit the library on motivation to learn is of 60.3%, while the rest influenced by other variables.
