Abstract
This study aims to examinethe effect of organizational culture on employee performance with motivation as intermediate variable. This research data obtained from the method of data presentation of the responses of respondents (by the method of questionnaire) with techique purposive sampling, and other research results with the object under study. Statistical analysis used in this research path analysis using SPSS program. Population in this research is employees at PT. Naga Bhuana Aneka Piranti Wonogiri Regency. The sampe used amounted to 86 respondents. For instrument testing use validity and reability test. While for analytical analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis test, t test, and F test. The result of t test analysis show the partial effect between organizational culture on work motivation, organizational culture to employee performance and work motivation to performance employees.While the F test data shows the influence ofsimultaneously variable organizational culture and work motivation have a significant effect onemployee performance. Furthermore, path analysis shows that work motivation isproven to mediate the effect of organizational culture on employee performance.
