Abstract
Intention of this research is to know some factor influencing employees labor capacity at PT. PLN (Persero) Area of Surakarta evaluated from factor influencing that is planning of career, guidance of implementation and career development of career. Examination performed within this research use research instrument test that is validity test and test of reliabilities, classic assumption test that is test of normality, test and multikolinearity of heteroskedastisity, hypothesis test that is test of regressing doubled linear, test of t, test F and coefficient test of determinacy or of R2. Data in this research is obtained primary data by disseminating questioner to responder that is employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Area of Surakarta, sample the taken [is] counted 43 employees people. Pursuant to result of research indicate that variable guidance of career represent variable owning dominant influence to employees labor capacity. Proved in test of t variable guidance of career have influence which are positive to employees labor capacity, because result of test of t statistical (tequal) bigger than value of ttable (6,786 > 2,023). While variable planning of implementation and career development of career have negative influence to employees performance, because result of test of t statistical (tequal) smaller than value of ttable (-2,484 < 2,023) and (- 0,134 < 2,023). Result of in test of F indicate that there are influence by simultan and significant [among/between] variable planning of career, guidance of implementation and career development of career to employees labour capacity, because result of test of F statistical (Fequal) bigger than value of Ftable (16,200 > 2,84) with probability smaller than 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Result scored a point [by] coefficient of determinacy or of R2 equal to 0,521, matter this means 52,1% change variation of fluctuate employees labor capacity him caused change of variable planning of career, guidance of career, and implementation development of career. While the rest 47,9% because of other factor which do not be analyses in model which used in research.
