Abstract
Diana Agustika Pratiwi / A510140173. TEACHER PREPARATION IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CURRICULUM 2013 IN SD NEGERI MAYANG STUDY YEAR LESSON 2017/2018. Essay. Teacher Education Elementary School, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. July 2018. The research aims to describe: 1. Readiness of teachers in the implementation of the curriculum 2013. 2. Steps of teachers in preparing the learning tools curriculum 2013. 3. Evaluation in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in SD Negeri Mayang. This research uses qualitative research with phenomenology research design. Data collection techniques in this study consisted of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique with interactive model. The validity of data using source triangulation and technique. The results show that: 1. teacher readiness in implementation of curriculum 2013 includes syllabus and RPP. The 2013 curriculum syllabus has been developed by the government so teachers only need to understand the contents of the syllabus. The first stage of the teacher is making RPP before implementing the lesson. 2. steps undertaken by teachers in preparing learning tools that compose materials, media, methods, and learning activities. Lesson learned materials that have not been diseased with KD, Preparation of teachers in preparing methods and learning media experience little constraint to see the condition of students and facilities infrastructure. Implementation of learning includes 3 stages of initial activities, core activities, and closing activities. In the core activities of teachers using a scientific approach consisting of observing, asking, gathering information, associating, and communicating. 3. Knowledge assessment activities are conducted through tests and assignments, attitude assessment with observation, self-assessment, and peer assessment. While skills assessment through practice, project, and portfolio assessment.
