Abstract
This study aims to: (1) find out the influence of organizational culture in the principle of familiarity on employee performance, (2) find out the influence of organizational culture in the principle of integrity on employee performance, (3) find out the influence of organizational culture in the principle of intimacy and integrity principle together on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 49 respondents who are employees of PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Branch Office Solo. The sampling technique used in this study used a saturated sample which means the number of samples is equal to the total population, because the total population is less than 100. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires, and secondary data in the form of organizational structure. Based on t-test results indicate that the variables of intimacy affect the employee’s performance while of the integrity variable has no effect on performance. Based on F Test shows that the variables of intimacy and integrity together affect the employee's performance. All independent variables explain the effect on employee’s performance of 77%.
