Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of price, service quality, and location to the satisfaction of the users of Prameks Solo - Jogya railway service. The results of this study are expected to be used as a consideration of PT. KAI (Persero) because Consumers feel less satisfied with the service provided by PT. KAI (Persero) in the dimensions of physical evidence (tangiable) KA Pramek Solo-Yogja, therefore must be improved so that consumers are satisfied. This research type is survey, that is research by taking sample from a population and use questioner as data collecting tool. Sampling technique in this study with non probability sampling is a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity or opportunity or every member of the population to be elected as a member of the sample. The number of samples was 118 respondents. Based on the results of the study note that the results t arithmetic variable price is greater than t table, it is stated that the price has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Results t arithmetic variable service quality is greater than t table, it is stated that the quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Results t arithmetic location variables greater than t table, it is stated that the location has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Adjusted R square value of 0.418 means that 41.8% variation of customer satisfaction variable (Y) can be explained by variation of price variable (X1), product quality variable (X2), and location variable (X3). While the remaining 58.5% other are explained by other variables outside of such models.
