Abstract
This study aims to describe out entrepreneurship learning based practices to improve attitudes and entrepreneurial intentions of students. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research with ethnography design. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. Informants are seven students who are taking the practice of Entrepreneurship and three lecturers. Based on the results of the research note that the attitude and intent of student entrepreneurship increased during the student doing Entrepreneurship Practice. Students are optimistic in carrying out Entrepreneurship Practices, Attitudes to make Entrepreneurship Practice run smoothly mostly already exist in 2 students, achievement motive for better result has been owned by the students that they want to continue their business mastered. Leadership spirit can be seen began to develop namely the students dare to be different with innovation and product creation, students also take risks. students are able to control difficulties as long as entrepreneurship practices are able to overcome the problems of capital, high levels of confidence in the business, confidence can complete other tasks in general that have similarities, the need for achievement that has been students get, willingness to take responsibility, have fear failure and able to rise in the lane. Their ability is very visible in overcoming the obstaclesthat occur during the practice of entrepreneurship, the willingness to accept criticism and input from others. Conclusion: Entrepreneurship Practices can be a provision for students to become entrepreneurs and solutions to reduce unemployment. This entrepreneurial attitude and intention has arisen within the students.
