Abstract
The purpose in this research is to know the relation between perception workload with work satisfication, and hypothesis in this research is a negative relation between perception workload with work satisfication on PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesian Tbk Witel Surakarta’s employees. This research’s subjects were 100 employess of the total population of 130 employess. This research used quantitative method with perception workload scale and work satisfication scale. The data analysis technique in this research used correlation of Kendall’s nonparametric. Based on the result of data analysis, the correlation coefficient (r) of -0,275; significant (p) = 0,000 (p ≤ 0,01) means that there is a negative corelation between perception workload with work satisfication on PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesian Tbk Witel Surakarta’s employees. Effective contribution by workload 45,1%, the rest is 54,9% is influence by the other factors. Work satisfication variable have the empirical means (EM) is 91,10 and the hypothetical means (HM) is 70 which means that work satisfication variable get in to high category. Then perception workload have the empirical means (EM) is 64,34 and the hypothetical means (HM) is 70 which means that variable perception workload get in to low category.
