Abstract

Analysis of this research about analyzing organizational culture, work stress, work conflict, and work environment to employee performance. Study conducted at Klaten Islamic Hospital. The samples taken in the study were 70 employees working in Klaten Islamic Hospital. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and classical assumption test. Based on the results of the analysis found it can be explained that both parsila and simutltan organizational culture, work stress, work conflict, and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. In the model formed organizational culture variable, work stress, work conflict, and work environment able to explain employee performance variable equal to 51% and the remaining 49% still influenced by other variable.
