Abstract

The Immigration Office of Surakarta has one immigration checkpoint, the airside TPI Adi Sumarmo. Keraton, batik and klewer market at least three things become a symbol of the identity of the city of Surakarta. Immigration activities at the immigration office surakarta more focused on immigration services such as in the case of SPRI, granting of residence and extension of residence permit. The vision of the first class immigration office of Surakarta is that the society obtains legal certainty while its mission is to protect human rights.This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work stress, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the office of Immigration class I Surakarta. Subjects in this study are employees of immigration office class I Surakarta. The number of samples in this study were 60 respondents. Sampling technique using simple random sampling or random technique. Analyzer in this research use multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (Test F) and test of coefficient of determination (R2). In addition, data quality test is tested Validity, Realibility Test, Classic Assumption Test covering Normality Test, Multicolinearity Test, Heteroskedastity Test. Based on the results of research indicate that leadership style, work stress and work discipline have a positive and significant effect to employee performance in immigration office class I surakarta.. Simultaneously the style of leadership, work stress, and work discipline on the performance of employees memilikin fit model. In the model that formed the style of leadership, work stress, and work discipline able to explain employee performance variable of 30.7% and the remaining 69.3% there are other independent variables that influence it.
