Abstract

Congestion occurs as one means of expenditure that can not be balanced by widening the road and integration between public transport. This resulted in the decrease of public interest on public transportation, every year there is a decrease in the number of public transport vehicles domiciled in Surakarta, both taxis, public transportation and urban buses. This study aims to analyze the effect of age, work experience, working hours and fuel costs to the income of the driver in the city of Surakarta and to analyze the difference in the income of urban transport drivers before and after the online transport in the city of Surakarta. This study uses primary data with questionnaires spread of 54 respondents. This research use multiple linier regression analysis method and Paired sample T-test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis normality test normal distribution. The linearity test is used appropriately or linearly. Classic assumption there is no problem in the model. The T test of variable of working hour and fuel cost have significant effect to the income of the angkot,s driver. R2 of 0,5416; meaning 54.16% variation of income angkot,s driver variable can be explained by age variable, work experience, working hours and fuel cost. While the remaining 45.84% is influenced by other variables or other factors not included in the model. Based on test results Paired sample T-test shows there is a significant difference between transport driver income before and after the existence of online transport.
