Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of job satisfaction variable, work environment and compensation to employee intention turnover at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The type of this research is quantitative research using data retrieval technique through questionnaire with likert scale. This study used 104 respondents from employees of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta with sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is multiple linier regression analysis test. The result of f test shows that job satisfaction variable, work environment and compensation simultaneously or together influence to turnover intention. Then t test result show that job satisfaction variable and work environment variable have positive and significant influence, while for variable of compensation have negative and significant effect to turnover intention.
