Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: 1) Know the application of muri-Q method in SD Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo; 2) Knowing the result of application of muri-Q method in SD Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo 3) Knowing the obstacle of application of muri-Q method at SD Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive by using three data analysis. The method used in this research is the method of observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate the school is carrying out the muri-Q method every day with time allocation (30 minutes). Application of the muri-Q method in the tahfidz program of students in groups by group and classically. Constraints faced in applying the method of tahfidz Al-Qur'an is: 1) The ability of different children; 2)The influence of social media and electronic media; 3) The lack of murojaah; 4) The teacher does not have the capacity in the field tahfidz Al-Qur'an; 5)The lack of teachers in guiding tahfidz learning. Results from the application of the method of muri-Q to grade 3 is already memorized up to 1 juz and other achievements.
