Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of Work-Family Conflict on Work Performance (Case Study of Women Employees of PT.Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta). Population that become object in this research is PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Tekstil Surakarta. While for the sample through purposive sampling with criteria (1) female employees, (2) employees who work more than 5 years, (3) married employees dam have children. Result data based on primary data through questionnaire. Taken the number of samples as many as 35. Analysis Method used in this study with multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, Determination Test (R2). In addition, data quality test is tested by Validity, Realibility Test, Classic Assumption Test covering Normality Test, Multicolinearity Test, Heteroskedastity Test. Based on the result of t test indicates that Time-Based Conflicts variable has positive attributes to performance, Strain Based Conflict variable has positive influence on performance and Behavior Based Conflict variable has positive influence on performance, it is indicated by each variable has significant value < 0, 05. Based on Test F indicates that Fcount of 6,563 with a significance value of 0.001. Based on F test shows that F arithmetic of 6,563 with a significance value of 0.001. By using the significance limit of 0.05 then obtained the significance value <0.05. This means that together the variables of Time Based Conflict, Strain Based Conflict and Behavior Based Conflict have a significant influence on the performance of employees proved true.
