Abstract

TK Aisyiyah Ngrenak Delingan have used a variety of activities to stimulate children's gross motor, but in these activities have not been using stimulation with traditional games. This study aims to determine the effect of Traditional Games Against Abusive Motor Development in Children in kindergarten Aisyiyah Group A Delingan Ngrenak Karanganyar 2017/2018 Academic Year. The method used is Pre Experimental Design (Pre-Experimental Designs) is to (One-group pretest-posttest design) as a design study. Data were collected using participant observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Subjects in the study were a group numbering 17 children. Based on the analysis of data from the initial observation of all children with a score of 114, the average value of 6.7059, the highest value of 10, the lowest score of 4 and SD = 1.993. Final observations of all children score of 242, the average value of the final observation is 14.2353, the highest value of 16, the lowest score of 11 and SD = 1.678. Through ttest obtained thitung -24.244 ≤ -ttable -2.120 and gained significant value 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted which means it can be concluded that traditional games effect on gross motor development in children at the kindergarten group A Aisyiyah Ngrenak Delingan Karanganyar 2017/2018 Academic Year.
