Abstract
This study has aims to describe the SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta so that it receives teachers with non-educational bachelor background, to describe the ability of teachers with non-educational background in preparing the lesson plan at SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta, and to know the role of school principal of SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta in preparing teachers with a non-educational bachelor background in order to be able to arrange lesson plans at SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta. This type of research is qualitative. The sources of data in this study are teachers with non-educational bachelor background and school principal of SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta. This research uses observation techniques, interviews and documentation as the technique of collecting data. The results of this research are the school believes that when the applicants have been received as teacher through selection in SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta, means that they are able to be a teacher. A teacher with non-educational background has been able to arrange or make lesson plan based on the steps. The school principal’s roles are holding a training, workshop, internship, parallel discussion, and supporting a non-educational bachelor background to study again in school of teacher training and education. It can be funded by POS SDM budget.
