Abstract

medial femur fracture is the loss of continuity of the medial femoral bone. Open Reduction Internal Fixation (ORIF) with open surgery will immobilize the fracture by surgery to insert nails, screws, or pens into the fracture site to fix the fractured bone parts. To know the benefits of therapy therapy hold relax method, core stability, walking exercise partial weight bearing in reducing pain, increasing the scope of motion of the joints, increase functional activity. After therapy 6 times got the assessment of silent pain T0: 3 to T6: 1, T0: 4 tenderness becomes T6: 1, motion pain T0: 5 to T6: 3, increase of active left knee joint scope T0: S 0-0-90 becomes T6: S 0-0-125, passive motion scope of T0: S 0-0-95 becomes T6: 0-0-130 and increase functional activity T1: 37,5% becomes T6: 32,5%. Hold relax, core stability and walking exercise partial weight bearing can 2 decrease pain, increase joint scope of motion, increase functional activity in case of Post ORIF femur fracture 1/3 medial sinistra.
