Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine and analyze whether the perception of leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees. The sample used in this research is Grobogan saving and loan cooperative office. Selection of sample using Nonprobability Sampling and got 15 office as sample. By using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research is that the variables of work motivation and job satisfaction have an effect on employee performance while the leadership style has no influence to the employee performance. This means that the existing leadership is still not good, it is because there is still lack of communication between leaders and employees, lack of work motivation provided by leaders to employees. Leaders should provide morale for employees and more motivate employees by establishing good communication for better performance.
