Abstract
The objectives of this research are: 1) to analyze and test the performance support of principal management, facilities and infrastructure, work environment and principal management performance on teacher performance. Data analysis method used in this research, that is method of doubled linear regression analysis. Result of analysis of research data can be concluded: 1) There is positive support between principal management performance on teacher performance. as evidenced from the results tcount = 0.002 <ttabel = 1.976. The principal performance variable of headmaster management contributes 32.1% to teacher performance; 2) There is positive support between education facilities and infrastructure on teacher performance. This is evidenced from tcount = 0,000 <ttabel = 1.976. The facilities and infrastructure variables contribute 13.9% effective to teacher performance; 3) There is positive support between teacher work environment to teacher performance. This is evidenced from tcount = 0.004 <ttabel = 1.976. The teacher work environment variables contributed 22.4% to the teacher's performance. There is a positive and significant support simultaneously the performance of principal management, educational facilities and infrastructure and work environment, on teacher performance. This is evidenced from testing the hypothesis that shows that Fcount = 2.282> Ftabel = 2.70. The independent variable gives a total effective contribution of 70.4% to teacher performance.
