Abstract

Education is the beginning of building and development of the State. Mathematics is a part of education, mathematics is a subject that is often ignored students, interest in math lessons because mathematics is considered a difficult lesson. Therefore it has become the task of educators to change the views of students on mathematics subjects into subjects that interesting and happy. One of the ways that can be used to improve learning outcomes of learners is by the innovation of learning models The purpose of this study to analyze and test (1) Influence of Cooperative Script and Investigation Group (IG) learning model on mathematics learning outcomes; (2) The influence of student's interest in learning result of mathematics; (3) Interaction between learning model of mathematics and student's interest in learning result of mathematics. This research was conducted at SMP N 3 Sawit Boyolali on Grade VII odd semester Year Lesson 2017/2018. This type of research is quantitative while the design used is quasi experimental. Sampling used in this research is cluster random sampling and data collection method obtained through test method, questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique used is two way variance analysis with unequal cell. Result of research with significance level 5% obtained conclusion (1) There is effect of study model of Cooperative Script and Investigation Group (IG) to result of learning mathematics; (2) There is effect of student's interest in learning result of mathematics; (3) There is no interaction between the learning model and the interest of learning on mathematics learning outcomes.
