Abstract
Mathematics has an important role in many aspects of human life. Students can solve problems and think logically, analytically and systematically through mathematics. By learning outcomes in mathematics will gain success and opportunities in the future. But in reality, the result of learning outcomes in mathematics is still far from expectation. The purposes of the research to analyze and examine (1) The differences of strategy the learning cycle and auditory intellectually repetition on learning outcomes in mathematics, (2) The differences of mathematics communication on learning outcomes in mathematics, (3) The interaction between learning strategy and mathematics communication on learning outcomes in mathematics. The type of research is quantitative approach with quasi experimental design. The population of the research were all of seven grade student at SMP Negeri 3 Delanggu in 2017/2018 academic year. This research sample consisted of two classes, VII D and VII E. Sampling technique used random cluster sampling. Data collection method used documentation, test and questionnaire. The analyze technique used two way analysis of variance with different cell. Based on the research result with significance level of 5% is (1) There is an differences of strategy the learning cycle and auditory intellectually repetition on learning outcomes in mathematics with F_obs=4,1534> F_α=4,0230, (2) There is an differences of mathematics communication on learning outcomes in mathematics with F_obs=6,2478>F_α=3,1716, (3) There is no interaction between learning strategy and mathematics communication on learning outcomes in mathematics with F_obs=0,2460<F_α=3,1716. In conclusion (1) There is an effect of learning strategy with learning cycle and auditory intellectually repetition on learning outcomes in mathematics, (2) There is an effect of mathematics communication on learning outcomes in mathematics, (3) There is no interaction between learning strategy and mathematics communication on learning outcomes in mathematics.
