Abstract

This study sought to determine and measure the disparity in Indonesia and determine the factors that affect the degree of disparity in Indonesia. The data used is the panel with the period 2010-2016. For the calculation used disparities Williamson index. While to know the relationship between the factors affecting the level of disparity in Indonesia with the help of software Eviews 4:00. The regression model used is a linear model with independent variables that the human development index, unemployment rate and gross enrollment rate. Based on estimates indicate that the Index This human development and the gross enrollment rate affects the level of income disparity in Indonesia. The results of the study have implications for policies aimed at improving economic growth, among others, policies to improve education and employment opportunities.
