Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of information quality, system quality, and quality of service to satisfaction at online stores zalora. Respondents taken in this study as many as 121 people. The test results using multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test. The findings obtained in this analysis is partially the quality of information, system quality and service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Model quality information, system quality, and quality of service to customer satisfaction have a model that fit or able to explain the real situation / actually
