Abstract
The objective of this research is to describe the discipline management of elemebntary school teacher at SD Genengsari 3 Boyolali in teaching learning administration, to describe the discipline implementation of Elementari teacher at SD Negeri Genengsari 3 Boyolali on teaching learning process, and to describe the discipline evaluation of elementary teacher at SD Negeri Genengsari 3 Boyolali in teaching learning evaluation.. This research is qualitative research. The subject of this research the elementary school at SD Negeri Genengsari 3 Boyolali. The object of this research is the discipline management of elementary school teacher at SD Negeri Genengsari 3 Boyolali in teaching learning process adnministration, teaching learning process and teaching learning evaluation. The result of this research is the discipline management of elementary school at SD Negeri Genengsari 3 Boyolali in teaching learning admionistration consists of Planning, where the school give the special institution for teachers as a place for consultation about their problems. The principle also cooperate with education department in\\to give education workshop. Actuating, teacher late to start the teaching learning process until 5 minutes but it happened rarely. The principle make an action by asking the teacher and ask the reason why they are late and warns them for not doing it again. Controlling, the form of controlling has been done by searching the teacher’s problem about their discipline responsible, then give the the best solution for that problem. Discpline management of elementary school teacher at SD Genengsari 3 Boyolali on teaching learning process consists of, introduction by greeting the students, checking students attendence list, explain the purpose of the teaching learnig process, motivating the students and ask them to be more active. Main activity consist of exploration, elaboration and confirmation. Closing, teacher and student make conclusion from the result of the teaching learning process. The management of the discipline of elementary school teacher of SD Negeri Genengsari 3 Boyolali on evaluation separated into 3, such as cabaility, skill and activity.
