Abstract

This research intention is to define the relevancy between a gruop conformity with their consumtive behavior. The subject in this research the members of Indonesian Denim Group for Surakarta reion. Subject is around 32 people in total. This research use purposive sampling method. Mearsurement tools in this research are : (1) Conformity scale, and (2) Consumtive Behaviour scale. Data analyzation in this research use correlation of product’s moment. The research resulting with correlation coefficient value (rxy) = 0,315 with p= 0,040 (p,0,05). This mean there is a positive relation between conformity with teenager consumtive behaviour. As the conformity grow higher, the consumtive behaviour grow higher too, and otherwise applied the same. Effective relevancy between a group conformity to the consumtive behaviour is around 9,9%. Subject has a low level of conformity and consumtive behaviour.
