Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze of work supervision of the organization and career opportunity together toward a discipline work for PT. Djitoe Tobacco Indonesia in Surakarta. This research uses descriptive quantitative research method withdrawing its conclusions based on statistically obtained figures. Population in this research is all employees at PT. Djitoe Tobacco Indonesia, amounting to 144 people. Sampel taken as many as 74 employees. Sampling technique using random sampling. Sources of data used are primary data obtained through questionnaire (questionnaire). Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and test coefficient of determination. The results showed that: 1) Work supervision significant effect on work discipline in PT. Djitoe Tobacco Surakarta. Djitoe Tobacco Surakarta; 2) Employee career has a significant effect on Work discipline opportunities in PT. Djitoe Tobacco Surakarta. Djitoe Tobacco Surakarta; 3) Work supervision and employee career have a significant effect on work discipline opportunities in PT. Djitoe Tobacco Surakarta.
