Abstract
This study aims to find out the relationship between the level of knowledge of the General guidelines balanced and nutritional intake of proteins with the nutritional status of adolescent daughter in high school Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen This research is quantitative research study was carried out in high school Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen. The population in this study are young women in high school Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen which amounted to 224. The number of samples in this research as much as 91 respondents. Results showed based on data that the level of knowledge of the General guidelines balanced nutrition in young women in high school Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen in the category quite a 27.5%. Protein intake in young women in high school Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen in the normal category 30.4%. There is no relationship between the level of knowledge about the nutritional guidelines of the balance with the nutritional status of adolescent daughter in high school Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen dintunjukkan with the value of the sig (0,082) > 0.05. There is a significant relationship between the intake of proteins with the nutritional status of young women in high school Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen dintunjukkan with the value of the sig (0.000) < 0.05.
