Abstract

Performance accountability report on government institution is a form of responsibility to all connected stakeholders who have rights to evaluate the programs. It is important to notice that performance evaluation presenting all enchancement and quality of each program that has been done by the government. It also indicates the level of vision and mission achievements. The research focusing on the education and culture of Boyolali district, The purpose of this study is to know the presentation of performance accountability reports of government agencies boyolali district based on the guidance of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucracy Reform No. 29 of 2010 and evaluate the performance of government agencies of education and culture. This research was designed using qualitative descriptive method. The result of analysis and discussion shows report of performance accountability of government institution of education and culture of Boyolali Regency in 2015 has been presented in accordance with the guidance of Regulation of Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Number 29 year 2010. The performance of the agency is running well, but there are still programs that have not been achieved optimally with the strategic plan of education and culture of boyolali district.
