Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of labor diversity, emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior toward organizational commitment in Office of Ministry Religious City of Surakarta. The type of research is quantitative research, with population of all employees of the Office of the Ministry Religious City of Surakarta, which amounts to 451 employees as population, with a sample of 44 people. Sampling using simple random sampling or simple random technique. Techniques of collecting research data through questionnaires with Likert scale. Based on the calculation of statistical application of SPSS program from t test, the variable of labor diversity is not significant with value of tcount (0,464) <ttabel (1,684) with p (0,645)> 0,05; then Ho is accepted, the emotional intelligence is significant with the value of tcount (1.774)> ttable (1.684) with p (0.084) <0.10; then Ho is rejected and significant organizational citizenship behavior with the value of tcount (2.208)> ttable (1.684) with p (0,033) <0,05; then Ho is rejected, F test results Probability significant 0.012 <0.05 is rejected.
