Abstract

This research aims to know the educational infrastructure and facilities management in the learning process in SD Negeri Ngrukeman Tamantirto. In this study will be revealed among other objects (1) planning, (2) procurement, (3) inventory, (4) maintenance and (5) the removal of the educational facilities and infrastructure. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, research subject is headmaster and teacher of three people. Data collected through three ways: interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) the planning and infrastructure of education in the process of learning is done through the analysis of needs (school self evaluation), analaisis financing, and analysis of the orientation process priority learning. (2) provision of educational facilities and infrastructure in the learning process through the setting of procurement undertaken collectively the school; the procurement sourced on reparations, government funding, community contributions, borrowing the goods; procurement and infrastructure with attention to quality and function in the learning process. (3) an inventory of facilities and infrastructure of education in the process of learning through the recording in a book, the making of an inventory item code, and pelaoparan items. (4) the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure of education in the process of learning through everyday maintenance involving teachers and students the goal of textbooks, classrooms, a learning tool; in the regular maintenance of school buildings, includes the replacement of the damaged ceiling, repairs chairs, a desk, LCD and a computer. (5) the removal of facilities and infrastructure of education in the learning process through the Elimination of provisions covering goods already damaged, it can't be fixed, and cannot be used.
