Abstract

SD Negeri 1 Gatak is a State School located in Klaten district. Many achievements have been obtained at the school. SD Negeri 1 Gatak is currently a pilot school in Klaten district. As a model school, of course, this school has many assets. Asset management in SD Negeri 1 Gatak is still using conventional way that is by bookkeeping and then inputted to the software spread sheets. Such a way makes it less effective for schools to manage existing assets. Resolving these problems need a School Asset Management Information System. The purpose is as a provider of asset data by using Waterfall software system, XAMPP, PHP, HTML documented document effort and make it easier to search for assets. Testing Asset management information system in SD N 1 Gatak using blackbox method. After doing the design stage of information management system asset website at SD N 1 Gatak. The result of black-box testing shows the functionality of the system running well as needed regarding asset management in SD N 1 Gatak.
