Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the size of the board of commissioners, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership of the financial performance of the company. The company's performance in this research is proxyed by company value (Tobinq). The data collection used purposive sampling method with the number of samples of 57 companies. Data analysis using multiple linear. The results of the t test show that the size of the board of commissioners (X1), institutional ownership (X2), managerial ownership (X3) have a significant influence on firm value (Y) individually. Likewise F test results obtained there is a significant influence the size of the board of commissioners (X1), institutional ownership (X2), and managerial ownership (X3) on the value of the company (Y) together.
