Abstract

The study analyzes the influence of Good Corporate Governance on the financial performance of10 pharmacy companies listed in BEI from 2013to 2016 and it is proxied using Cash Flow Return On Asset (CFROA). The sampling technique uses purposive sampling in four year period and the data used in secondary data in the form of annual report. The data analyzed using multiplied linear regression using several variables, those are direction board, commisssioner board, auditing commitee, and independent commissioner. The result of the study shows that the direction board has not significantly influenced the financial performance, the commissioner board has significantly influenced the financial performance, the auditing commitee has significant influence on the financial performance, and the independent commissioner has not significant inluence on the financial performance.
