Abstract

Analysis of this research about the influence of work motivation, job stress, and work safety to employee performance. The study conducted at PT. Rosalia Beautiful. Samples taken in the study were 39 respondents who worked at PT. The Beautiful Rosalia. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test. Based on the results of the analysis found it can be explained that work motivation, and safety work have a positive and significant impact on employee performance while job stress does not have a significant effect on employee performance. In the model that formed the variables of work motivation, work stress and work safety able to explain employee performance variable of 60.2% and the remaining 39.8% is still influenced by other variables.
