Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Recruitment, Selection, And Competence On Employee Performance. The sample in this research is employees who work in KFC In Klaten which a mounted to 35 respondents. Sampling technique in this research is by purposive sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linier regression analysis test with t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R 2 ). Hypothesis test results obtained that Recruitment and Competence has a significant influence with t arithmetic each of 2.058 and 3.711 while the Selection variable does not have a significant effect is evidenced by the value of t arithmetic equal to - 1.771. In the f test shows that collective ly, recruitment, selection and competence variables significantly affect employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R 2 ) is 35.2% Keywords:Recruitment, Selection, Competence and performance of employees
